Terms & Refunds Policy

This document outlines the official Terms & Refunds Policy of CERBERUS SCRIPTS. By purchasing any of our FiveM scripts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions described below, including licensing terms, refund eligibility, and support rules.

1. Terms of Sale

By purchasing any digital product through our Tebex store, you agree to the following conditions:

• All payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Purchases are made directly from Tebex Limited, not from CERBERUS SCRIPTS.
• All products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal and limited license to use the product exclusively on the Cfx.re account used at the time of purchase.

License Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or editing the resource’s code.
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the resource in any form.
• Uploading the resource to public repositories, forums, or leak websites.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund and may also lead to your Cfx.re account being reported or permanently banned.

2. Tebex Platform Terms

Our checkout and billing infrastructure is fully operated by Tebex Limited. By completing a purchase, you additionally agree to:

Tebex is solely responsible for payment processing, tax handling, fraud checks, and chargebacks. CERBERUS SCRIPTS does not have direct access to payment methods or billing details.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable by default under Tebex platform rules. However, as a gesture of goodwill, CERBERUS SCRIPTS offers a 14-day conditional refund policy, subject to the following criteria:

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

• The script does not function as described.
• Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

If a valid issue is reported within the 14-day window, the refund period may be extended until the troubleshooting process is concluded.

Refund Exclusions

Refund requests may be denied if:

• The script has been transferred to another Cfx.re account.
• We are unable to verify the purchase.
• The issue is caused by server misconfiguration, third-party resources, or user error (e.g. purchasing with the wrong account or duplicate purchases).
• You refuse to cooperate with our support team during diagnostics.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

Important Notes

• Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Subscriptions or products with recurring payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time; however, fees for the current billing period will not be refunded.

4. Support Policy

We strive to provide fast, professional, and respectful support to all legitimate customers.

• Official support is provided exclusively through our Discord server.
• To receive support, you must verify your purchase and hold the Customer role in our Discord.
• Support is available only to legitimate purchasers. Leaked, resold, or stolen copies are not eligible for assistance.
• Lifetime support is conditional upon remaining a member of our Discord server.
• Any abusive, hostile, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff may result in restricted or permanently denied support.
